In 2006, he was honored with the “Bhartiya Shiromani Puraskar” for his outstanding contribution in enhancing India’s global image. In 2008, he was recognized by the Bunts Sangha Mumbai and received an award from the Honorable Minister of Agriculture, Shri Sharad Pawar.
